Australian Standards : SAI Global
This database provides full text access to all current Australian Standards, Joint ISO/Australian Standards, Joint NZ/Australian Standards, current Draft Australian Standards, and amendments to Australian Standards. It also includes access to LawLex, legislation alerts and research.
National Construction Code
The National Construction Code Series (NCC) is an initiative of the Council of Australian Governments developed to incorporate all on-site construction requirements into a single code. The Building Code of Australia (BCA) is Volume One and Volume Two of the NCC. The Plumbing Code of Australia (PCA) is Volume Three of the NCC.

Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code
Australian Design Rules
Standards for vehicle safety, anti-theft and emissions apply to vehicles manufactured in Australia or imported as new or second hand vehicles.

International standards (ISO) : SAI Global
International Standards provides full-text access to current ISO standards from all disciplines.

ASTM Standards (via Engineering Workbench)
Full-text access to ASTM standards can be set to be browsed within the IHS standards expert database, by selecting the Organization link ASTM, found under the heading of Advanced Filters.
ACI: American Concrete Institute Standards (via Engineering Workbench)
Full-text access to ACI standards can be set to be browsed within the IHS standards expert database, by selecting the Organization link More and then searching for ACI, found under the heading of Advanced Filters.

ANSI: American National Standards Institute (via SAI Global)
Search and preview abstracts for ANSI standards. Order print copies via "Suggest a Purchase" link on the Academy Library homepage.

API: American Petroleum Institute Standards (via Engineering Workbench)

IEEE Xplore
This database provides full-text access to IEEE transactions, journals, magazines and conference proceedings, and all current IEEE standards.
International Electrotechnical Commission standards : IEC
The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) is "the leading global organization that prepares and publishes international standards for all electrical, electronic and related technologies." Electrotechnologies include electronics, magnetics and electromagnetics, electroacoustics, multimedia, telecommunication, and energy production and distribution.
JSA: Japanese Standards Association (via SAI Global)
Request to unlock through the SAI Global database. Check for Australian or ISO equivalents first.
SAE Mobilus
Contains SAE technical papers from 1906 to the present (full-text availability). Also contains SAE Standards (bibliographic references only, not full-text) covering the latest advances and research in all areas of mobility engineering including ground vehicle, aerospace, off-highway, and manufacturing technology. Sample coverage includes fuels and lubricants, emissions, electronics, brakes, restraint systems, noise, engines, materials, lighting, and more.
