Colonial History

Colonial Latin American Review (CLAR) is a unique interdisciplinary journal devoted to the study of the colonial period in Latin America. CLAR offers a critical forum where scholars can exchange ideas, revise traditional areas of inquiry and chart new directions of research.

Sponsored by The McNeil Center for Early American Studies at the University of Pennsylvania, Early American Studies is dedicated to the study of the histories and cultures of North America prior to 1850.
