Open Access Week at the Academy Library

Open Access Week (25-31 October 2021) is a worldwide event to discover, learn, and inspire participation in open access research. UNSW, through its Open Access policy is highly committed to supporting its staff and students to make their research outputs openly available.

Visit the Academy Library’s 2021 OA online guide to view an online calendar of seven fantastic open access tools and resources (one for each day of OA Week!) and to learn more about open access.

You can also follow #OAWeek2021 on Twitter, or register for Open Access Australia's seminar program which features talks and panel discussions including:

  • open research practices and shaking up the culture of research assessment
  • valuing research by nurturing the open knowledge ecosystem
  • how to address global challenges with Open Science
