This guide is an introduction to services and resources ADFA Personnel members can access as a client of the Academy Library.
The Academy Library is a university research library, operating as part of the UNSW Library system. We provide access to exceptional print and electronic scholarly resources. This includes excellent military history and defence studies collections in addition to scholarly resources to support teaching, learning, and research at UNSW Canberra.
The Academy Library is not part of the Defence Library Service and therefore we do not provide access to restricted materials. The Academy Library does not currently provide DPN access.
Opening hours
The Academy Library is staffed 0830 to 1700 Monday to Friday, and the space is open 24/7. Please view our current library hours.
